Stupa emerging from the Earth

This painting is painted after the chapter 11 of the Lotus Sutra: “Emergence of the treasure tower”. It shows the Buddha Ta Bo how He is emerging from the Earth. He died many kalpas ago, before Shakyamuni Buddha was alive. He appears there, wherever the Lotus Sutra is preached by Shakyamuni Buddha to approve the Lotus Sutra. This was very difficult to paint and I had to go into deep Samadhi meditation to find the correct way how to paint the Stupa emerging from the Earth and raising into the sky and float in it.
The elephants are also very old and appear together with Ta Bo Buddha. One is holding a lotus flower as a sign of a very happy and joyous occasion.
All the listeners are filled with great joy and delight upon seeing such a great phenomenon.
